This roller has a purpose. It’s job is to help you calm the fuck down when you’ve gotten yourself worked up. I put Idaho grand fir, bergamot, and sacred frankincense in it. All of which are hella powerful. This oil is like carrying the earth around in your pocket, which is usually the best remedy for a spinning mind.
